I value the relationship I've built with everyone I consult with and communicate with. Your information will NEVER be sold or traded or disclosed to third-parties.

Please be aware that occasionally I may use remotely hosted services to deliver information and other resources to you. In those cases I have selected service providers that promise not to "mine" my subscriber lists. If at any time you receive spam from my remotely hosted providers please let me know so that I can immediately discontinue using their services as well as follow up with whatever actions may be available for violating the agreement.

My outgoing email messages are sent to subscribers containing useful information or not sent at all. I have become inundated with "newsletters" from others that always say, 'buy this hot product now'.

YUCK!!

Some may view it as old fashioned but for me, information is king.

So, as I come across information or products that I believe will help you I email you. If I don't have anything new to say, I will not email you.

My newsletter, blog, marketing course, and other communications may be updated weekly, monthly, or even quarterly as time permits. In rare cases there may be a small series of related daily messages as questions are sent to me or changes occur.

In any case, you can always remove yourself with no problems. Please note: from time to time databases get corrupt. I may send confirmation messages to update your member status or take other steps that might result in you receiving a 'please confirm' message, while I repair database errors. This is rare but at times it does occur.

Also, requesting files or free resources from me may result in a series of follow up messages to see if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. I may also send you additional related tips based on the articles or other materials you've received from me.

Again, I promise not to just send you useless "buy this now" messages. I hate those kinds of messages in my in-box when I was expecting useful information. I promise not to do that to you, ever.

I do not consider spamming an approved marketing method. I do not endorse spamming nor will I assist anyone with spamming. Not even for a million bucks. So don't even bother asking.

Any quotes, fees, or list of services are not meant to be considered all-inclusive. Nor are they a guarantee that anyone qualifies to work with me. I reserve the right to accept or reject any project or assignment for any reason. Fees may be 'ball parks' figures. They may be higher or lower than stated once I get additional details about the scope of your project. You'll be informed of any changes and have the right to decline or accept those changes. And I reserve the right to decline or accept any project.

Public Notice:

As of today, March 12, 2007, all references to free consultations, free critiques, and/or free services of any kind are null and void. I am swamped beyond words can tell. Therefore I no longer offer any work of any kind for free. Any remarks, web pages, articles, or anything else that say 'free' anything are merely an oversight and will eventually get deleted. All free offers are null and void as of this moment. If you want something for free read my articles, tips, and blog entries. I am not available to work for free.

I average over 700 UNSOLICITED spam messages a day.

If you send me spam you agree to pay me one hundred million U.S. dollars ($100,000,000.00) plus attorney fees and collection fees for each spam email and agree to allow me to sue you, your company, your web host, your ISP, your spouse or significant other, and take away all your worldly possessions including trust accounts, real estate, 401k accounts, bonds, securities, retirement monies, and anything else you own.

If you send me advertisements, or links to websites to buy crap, or offers for anything unsolicited you want to sell me I WILL SUE YOU FOR SPAMMING. I hate spam.

Why?

Because I've grown tired of the thousands of daily unsolicited emails that have filled my inboxes (click here to see my worst day ever) every %&#@ day. Stop!

Don't even think of sending me another unsolicited advertisements for Viagra, Cialis, breast enlargements, penile implants, book-on-demand services, web hosting, books on how to pleze wemon (sic), pharmaceuticals, or anything else unsolicited you're trying to sell me via email because I prosecute every spammer I can catch.

If you foolishly send spam and later wish to avoid court I may agree at my sole discretion to accept $10,000 plus any attorney fees and collection fees for each unsolicited spam message you send to me or to any email addresses or web form or cgi/php mailer scripts.

Seriously think twice before sending spam to this domain! I pursue collections against every spammer I can find. Without exception.
